The Process
Add items
The Scrum Master adds backlog items — one by one or by pasting a full list.
Vote simultaneously
Each member rates ALL items: 🔥 High · ⚖️ Medium · ❄️ Low. Votes are private until the reveal.
See the ranking
The system sums the weighted votes (High=3, Medium=2, Low=1) and ranks items by real priority.
Analyse consensus
The Consensus Score shows where there is agreement and where there is conflict — to focus discussion on the most divisive items.

Tips
