How does Sprint Prioritizer work?
Collaborative prioritisation Β· Real-time voting
Sprint Prioritizer lets the team vote together on the priority of each backlog item, revealing the real consensus and opinion conflicts β without the influence of hierarchies.
The Process
Add items
The Scrum Master adds backlog items β one by one or by pasting a full list.
Vote simultaneously
Each member rates ALL items: π₯ High Β· βοΈ Medium Β· βοΈ Low. Votes are private until the reveal.
See the ranking
The system sums the weighted votes (High=3, Medium=2, Low=1) and ranks items by real priority.
Analyse consensus
The Consensus Score shows where there is agreement and where there is conflict β to focus discussion on the most divisive items.
Priority Votes
π₯
High
Score 3 β critical for the sprint, maximum product impact
βοΈ
Medium
Score 2 β important but not urgent
βοΈ
Low
Score 1 β can wait for a future sprint
Tips
Items with a low Consensus Score deserve discussion before deciding.
Quick Mode forces fast decisions β ideal for large backlogs.
Items with both High and Low votes are the most conflicted β focus the debate there.
You can re-vote as many times as needed until you reach consensus.
