The Process
Whole team joins
Share the 6-letter code. Each member joins with their name.
Random order
The facilitator starts. The system draws the order — nobody knows who is next.
Timer per turn
Each person has the set time. When it ends, it advances automatically.
Blockers visible
Anyone with a blocker logs it. At the end, all blockers are visible to the SM.
